  • A Deposit of $500.00 is required to reserve a catered date. (The deposit is fully refundable 45 days prior to reception date and is completely applied to balance due).
  • The final guest count must be confirmed 5 days prior to the reception date.
  • All balances are due 2 days prior to the reception date.
  • A refundable deposit may be required on any non-rented equipment needing to stay at location. (These items must be returned to Green Acres.)
  • A representative (if needed) will meet with you at your reception site to help with layout ideas after a deposit is secured.
  • Table setting can be arranged
  • A bid can be prepared after all reception criteria has been established.
  • Additional traveling charges may apply
  • All prices are subject to change due to fair market increase
  • There is a 50 person minimum required for the Full
    Service Onsite Buffet
