A Deposit of $500.00 is required to reserve a catered date. (The deposit is fully refundable 45 days prior to reception date and is completely applied to balance due). The final guest count must be confirmed 5 days prior to the reception date. All balances are due 2 days prior to the reception date. A refundable deposit may be required on any non-rented equipment needing to stay at location. (These items must be returned to Green Acres.) A representative (if needed) will meet with you at your reception site to help with layout ideas after a deposit is secured.
