This service, designed for 75 guests or more, includes an onsite buffet complete with five hours of
professional staff to set-up, serve, bus, and breakdown. Also included are buffet tables with plastic
covers and qualitydisposable place settings. A $500.00 deposit will confirm Green Acres to cater
yourevent. Full service under 75 guests - add $3.00 per person. Note: Minimum 50 people
